Case studies

Work, with the status on the label

Websites, video and the tools behind the work. Each case states what was done, my role, its current status and the evidence available. Internal projects are labelled separately from client engagements.

Live
Publicly reachable on its intended domain and independently checked.
Ongoing
An active engagement: responsibilities are real, outcomes only claimed when measured.
Internal Tool
Software built for my own workflow; not a finished public product or a claim of client adoption.
Delivered
Handed off or technically validated without implying a final-domain launch.
Validation / Beta
Built, but still being proven. Labelled that way until the evidence exists.

Adventure tourism, format demonstration

Preview

A website that plays like a film, one continuous shot, built from still photographs

RIMROCK is a self-initiated demo of a format I build for adventure and destination businesses: the whole page is one unbroken camera move through the operator's own photographs, so the visitor experiences the trip before they read a word about it.

Role
Designed & built by me, concept, art direction, imagery, 3D engine, copy

Also built & hosted: sebsel.com, an author website for my father's novel. A family project rather than a client engagement, so it isn't written up as a case study, listed here because I build and run it end to end like the others.

Controlled Beta

A safe way for clients to edit their own static websites

The Safe-Editing CMS lets a business update its approved content (text, images, links) while the site's structure stays locked. Every change is validated before it can apply. In controlled beta, with a documented real-site pilot and hosted editor demonstration.
